What we collect

The work email you type into the Observation Mode form, and the time you submitted it. Nothing else.

Alongside it we store a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop the form being abused. It cannot be turned back into the address.

Analytics

We count visits with PostHog, a product analytics service, in a mode that sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records which pages are viewed, how far down the home page people read, and which buttons are pressed. It never records what you type.

To tell one visitor from another for a single day, PostHog combines your IP address and browser type into a one-way identifier that changes every day. Your IP address is not kept with the events. Requests go through our own domain, and PostHog stores them on its servers.

If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded.

What we don't

No cookies, no advertising scripts, no tracking pixels, no session recordings. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person submitted it. It loads only when you use the form, under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

Hosting

The site and the form run on Cloudflare. The list is stored there and nowhere else. Analytics events are stored by PostHog.

Booking a call

Booking a call takes you to a third-party scheduling page. It collects the name, email and time you enter there, under its own privacy policy.

How we use your email

Only to write to you when the first Observation Mode cohort opens. We don't share it or sell it.

Submitting the form adds you to the list straight away. There is no confirmation email.

Removal

Write to the address below from the email you signed up with and we'll delete it.
